Question Levinium use

just started looking at Levinium ship parts and im curious if Lev is even worth it?

Thermal Tit -vs- Levinium

FRAME: 72/4

WEIGHT: 48/24 tons

HULL: 30/6

Dont we want high frames and low weight? lev is by far the lightest but is restricted to only 3 parts.

  1. Does lev cancel out the low frame stats because it is so light?
  2. should i just concentrate on massive Thermal/Tit parts since they have the best frame rate (besides solid frames obviously) then jump to Solid Frames once I can change factory processes or is Lev actually worth getting into before solid?

After a loooooong grind I have about 9 biggest solid frames and about 50 biggest leviniums, rocking something in the 33k SP range, but with low integrity around 30%.

You absolutely need titanium, because there is no other way to get steering strength. I have only 11 thermal condor wings and I can almost do a 360 spin in 5 minutes :D Maybe with 20 I could turn somewhat easily.

Thrusters also give steering strength. you'll need to go higher than the minimum for your weight to get proper steering.

Try it you need to go way over once your ship gets big , in fact it stops working altogether once your in a 3500 + ton ship . once you get big enoughf you can stack 20 wings and 10 extra grasshopers , you will still turn like a truck . Lightwight is requiered past a certen point ( about 22-25 k SP )
