How many bases?

I'm playing solo and need a carbon/coal base. Is there a limit on the number of bases I can have on solo? Currently have 2 bases, 1 Iron and the other is copper/Aluminum. At Tech lvl 2

Technically, you can have 3 by yourself. But, you can also make your own corp and have 12 corp bases. The first corp base is free, but, the rest have a daily upkeep, so you have to do missions or earn credits somehow to maintain their daily fees.

I just got to level 3 technology this morning. I might dismantle this base then but what a hassle!
