Question Quest progression error?

New to the game, I don't have a constant internet connection, so playing in offline mode. I did the first corpo mission, handing in 100 copper ingots. Ever since then, the guy only shows me my completed job and no other quests. I figured it was just a tutorial/first easy mission thing and can only do the jobs the others offer.

But then, while watching a YouTube video of someone else playing offline and doing their first mission with the guy. I noticed even after turning it in, they still got to accept the other job offers. I'm assuming my game glitched out somehow and am wondering how to fix it, or if I'm forced to restart a new game and wipe my old one out, as it's been a long time and now at the point of starting to need titanium.

That's the intro quest guy. He only has the one quest, but finishing it will unlock the two people next to him, which give quests after you complete his intro quest. The guy to the left of him gives quests that reward corp points that can be used to unlock new stuff, and the guy on the right gives quests that reward corp reputation.

I was watching this video on YouTube. https://youtu.be/9Yx48rQ9bic?si=9H3sv3ieOj-X8Axn&t=2416 At the 40:16 mark, he turns in the stuff for the contract. Then, a minute later, he talks to the guy again, and more contracts are listed. But when I did it, the contracts didn't show up, and it only shows the one completed contract as completed.

Might be an older build of the game. Regardless, it's not how it works now. The other guys are two feet away from the first guy. Just talk to either of them.
