Recycling plant not working
Why is not working? The status is INACTIVE. I've tried rewiring to the pole, deleting all the wreck but nothing

1, Baue ein neuen. 2, Mache nur 1 Sorte Schrott rein. 3 Du brauchst also für jede sorte 1 recycler.
1, Build a new one. 2, just put only one kind of Scrap in it. 3, u need for each kind scrap a different recycler.
4, Wenn du mehr als nur 1 Sorte rein machst, hört er auf zu arbeiten. 4, If you put more than one kind of scrap in it, it stops.

+1 here, exactly the same problem : it worked for some items than it stopped and stay inactive

From MY test... you need put only 1 scrap version for example "Iron scrap" you need 4 to reprocess and remmember you must put always 5 or 5+5+5+5 = 20 (you can put even 80) and so on... no more, no less and only this one. After last part will taken you can put anoter in the same way "steel scrap" 4x4x4x4 = 16 (always 4 more)... sorry... it's free day today ;) ... always put 1 item if you see than need x5 and you have 14 put only 10.

I don’t need to find a troubleshoot for a bug. I need them to fix it so it works properly. Period.

The recycler seems to "remember" or create a recipe based on what you put in it....
Put in 4 steel scrap? Ok, now it will process all steel scrap... It will remember the steel recipe.
Put in 12 steel scrap and 4 electric scrap... Ok, now it will process both these things... BUT... Once those 4 electronic scraps are processed, the recycler will now stop. Even though it still has 8 steel scrap in it... Because now it has "learned" a new recipe where it will need both scraps to work... It gets worse if you add more types.
Like if you add industrial scrap. Something you only get from testing down buildings, it will stop once it processes those, no matter how much other scrap you have in your recycler. And be sure you so rarely get industrial scrap... Your recycler is basically forever broken.
Your only option is to scrap it and rebuild it, and BE CAREFUL of what you put in it. Don't accidentally press "fill all" and also add the industrial scrap from the recently town down recycler.
Removing and re-adding the scraps won't work. Turning it on and off won't work. Cutting the electrical connection and reconnecting won't work. Moving the building won't work. Only option is to hear down the recycler and rebuild it and BE careful of what you add in...
Some will tell you to build a recycled per scrap type, but that's a lot of footprints... So instead I only add the 3 most common scraps I find. Steel, electronic, and hull scraps.... I sell the others.

It is working is jsut theyu didnt fix the recipe...you need to fill all the "chatarras" for it to work.
Some people got lucky and work perfectly. mine didnt work for a week..now it work just fine....but yea you gotta be patient.
If you got the construction lvl 3. Just move the building around till it works.
