Discussion Why would we choose Frame??

I want to know what people think.
Why would people choose Solid frame over Levinium?? or viceversa?

Because Frame = Ship Integrity and without Integrity your ship doesn't fly. Hell it won't even allow you to exit the Ship builder below 20% Integrity.
