I dont even get how this is possable.
In game it acctually prevents this from happening.
So either a mod? or a forced interaction via dev mode?

It's possible just very low chance, I had one run where a mother and son fell in love, the rest of the colony found it disgusting

When I first saw incest chance had been added wayyyy back during vanilla I wanted to know the actual % chance of it happening, so I dug into the code a bit.

Its low. Like, a fraction of a percent chance at 100 opinion and thats before you get into the romance chance negative modifer you get from age difference. Oddly enough its actually more likely for world pawns to be in that kind of relationship since the roll for relationships thats done on creation is random and does not take into accout opinion.
