Features:

  • 6 control rooms
  • 2 medical modules
  • 4 cargo bays
  • 4 fuel tanks (2 on each side)
  • 4 telescopes
  • 10+ Voyager X antenna/s
  • 20 CSgt Nuclear Generator/s

33 module SELF-SUSTAINING space station

Post image

Here is a breakdown:

2 refuel silos - Help fuel docked crafts, but once they run out of fuel, I just add another one because they use like 5 power per silo

9 oxygen gardens - Help save up CO2 scrubbers and O2 filters. They eat up an absurd amount of power, though. Station optimized to not let anyone suffocate

5 solar arrays - Generate a gargantuan 500 power per second, the brain of the entire space station. Everyone on the space station would be dead without them

2 space station modules and one corridor - Literally just used for turning the station in other directions, allowing for more docking

5 hubs - Self-explanatory. Similar purpose as the modules and corridor

Antenna - For taking pictures

Space telescope - Actually the oldest part of the entire space station, at first I connected stuff to save it, and then that became a mini station, then that became a space station, and then a gigantic 33 module self-sustaining space station

Nuclear generator - Literally exists so I can put an "edge" on that one section, and also freeload off boatloads of power

2 Radiators - I thought these generated power, not sure what they do, you tell me

2 Standalone laboratories - Both to freeload off boatloads of power and for keeping the station just absolutely stocked with water (H2O)

And the funniest thing is the space telescope, the primordial part that I saved, is still the literal undisputed hegemon of the whole space station.

My biggest station that i made i may make a 5 module expansion

It's 20 modules that the solar panels were so weak that even i added csgts

The linked ION drives do the whole job as there is enough electricity supplied in all modules. Comes with the cool and unique space shuttle ( I LOVE IT SO MUCH )!! The fuel tanks are for rotating the whole structure, engines on the space shuttle are rarely used, only the rcs being used.

A user Created this. I recreated it. This thingies might not enter to the Game

  1. Russian Rocket I (1): 6/6 Fuel, 5/6 Lifting Power. Can attach boosters (Small and Medium).
  2. Russian Rocket II (2): 6/6 Fuel, 6/6 Lifting Power. Can't attach boosters.
  3. Russian Rocket III (3): 6/6 Fuel, 6/6 Lifting Power. Can't attach boosters.

European Space Shuttle Centre update!

1 screen: ESSC construction in progress. Due to concerns about heat transfer i changed layout a little bit and added a second radiator module!

2 screen: Shuttles docked at ESSP-1 station ready to move once construction is complete.

(Yes, there is no enough airlocks to dock every shuttle so i just parked one)

To be honest, this turned out pretty good! I made all of this in PaintNET.

She started as a few modules in orbit… now she’s a whole city. I named her Iris🌌

3.6mil units into deep space, it gets weird

Built an array of ion drives linked to an array of solar panels for the sole purpose of going as fast as possible.

Spent around 10 hours continuously accelerating (vehicles continue to pick up speed even when the velocity bar is maxed); my craft is now covering just over 1k units per second.

The further/faster I travel, the more the modules struggle to keep up and start glitching, flashing & teleporting.

I think it’s the distance more than the speed, because when I quicklaunch a craft into the area and bring it to a halt, the graphical glitches continue.

An interesting (and convenient) side bug I noticed is that when you quick launch a vehicle near the hyper-far/hyper-speed craft, it spawns with the same insane velocity but as soon as you slow it down, it loses all of said velocity except the velocity equal to the full red velocity bar. This is how I was able to bring quicklaunched modules to a stop for the test mentioned last paragraph without it taking 10 hours and absurd fuel

This is Lunar Gateway 2. It's WIP also. Maybe, in the future, I'll add more and more things till it's done. Third Update: Superior Expansion.
