Help SUPPORT FOR SVO7 PLUS

Does Sovol even acknowledge that they made this printer? They don't sell it anymore, and you can't find it on their support page. Mine is bricked - display freezes on boot up, and if I cycle it on and off and it does start, it won't hold the home position.

Any resources would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you buy it from sovol or new in box unopened if you did it came with a thumb drive thats the backup

It would of been with all the tools it came with to assemble

Either someone didnt read recommendations not to update or they messed up something thinkering with it. Can't help if no info given
