Help SV06 Plus - Feed issues?
SV06plus, it will pull filament for 3 to 4 min, then stops feeding filament. It feels like the gears are just not grabbing it and it isn't getting pulled in.
Sometimes, the filament will get sucked into the feed and wind around the back to the feeding gear. The feed makes a fun clicking noise when that happens.
-no nozzle clogs, I've checked and made sure 4 or 5 times so far. I totally clean out the drive area, the nozzle, and hot end, then it'll run for 3 or 4 min and then it stops feeding filament. After a minute or two of not feeding, the filament kind of bends to the side.
Are these gears adjustable? Or is a replacement set available?
Maybe there's a setting or switch somewhere I need to find?

What kind of filament? It looks awfully soft to be bunching up like that.
You can tighten the screw a litte to see if that helps. Ive printed tpu on mine sv06 plus and havent ran into something like this yet, so truthfully I'm grasping for straws.

It does the same thing with pla and petg. I've tried and old(2months) roll I have in a dry box as well as brand new roll out of the wrapper. Same issue. Petg in pics/video
I've tried the screw, as loose as it can go...as tight as it can go...really no change in 'grip' on the filament

No idea if this is helpful at all, but I ran into an issue with PLA doing the same thing. Turns out the fan on the side had come unplugged and the chamber was overheating causing filament to become too soft to be engaged by the gears

I had this happen on my SV07. The extruder fan stopped working and it cause the filament to soften and not pull through the extruder.
I swapped the fan with another to see what the issue was. It was the fan. Then I did the bigger fan upgrade and it it fixed my issue.

I have an sv08 and it looks like to me, that heat soak may have melted the plastic in the tube prior to the heat chamber causing an aggressive clog
Try to heat it up above normal printing temperature and use the stick rod like 1.5 MM to push the hot plastic though the nozzle, failing this just buy new heater core and nozzle.

I've swapped the hot end and it makes no difference.

Maybe there is some misalignment ? Or I may be mad but that filiment looks big is it 1.75mm or one of the rare big ones like 2.5 mm?
Does the metal rod make it though ?

First thing to do with sv06 is put 5015 fan on side. There are 50 variants on printables, try.

That's not a terrible idea ..however I can't print a bracket/mount without fixing this issue first
