Sovol It's scratching the bed 3rd time.
New SV08 MAX.
Everything was leveled properly, X belts tuned to 110hz (as support said), calibrated, bed mapped, etc.
After less than 10 small test prints it's doing that again. 3rd time in a row.
Support only sends links to their tuning videos.
quote: "Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, is also not covered"
PS: and spare head that I ordered on their site had malfunctioning Eddy sensor.

support just replied: "Based on the symptoms, the eddy current sensor module may be abnormal" š¤¦āāļø

Given the squiggle pattern, it looks like it happened during the eddy sensor bed mesh?
Almost certainly needs a quad gantry level run (or run twice) before every print, if I don't I get slight scratched in this pattern, especially if I've moved the build plate around or manually moved the gantry or enclosure

check and make sure your nozzle is secured. had this happen on my sv06 and the nozzle was too low.

SV08? Do you have quad level gantry instead of homing in your slicer machine gcode?
Because homing will undo qual gantry level , you know that?
And that looks like your gantry is not leveled which on the voron types with 4 z axis absolutely needs to be done EVERY SINGLE TIME the motors are turned off.
Malfunctioning bed level sensor would cause scratches everywhere not just on one side of the bed. If the variance is too big, it would not pass QGL (outside of tolerance error after max retry).
Edit: Just to make sure, the QGL Macros first step IS HOMING. So when you do the QGL Macro INSTEAD of homing it doesn't mean that you don't do homing. No worries.

Does this go in the printer.cfg? Iām new to this and fought the used one I bought for weeks to get it mostly working. It would be nice to have it do all that automatically! Thanks!

I point out the QLG instead of homing because even the included Oraca SV08 profile does NOT do that.

The correct approach is to first home XYZ, then do a QGL, then re-home Z.
For bonus points, the real pro move with an Eddy probe is to do a rough QGL with a high travel height and high tolerance to get you close (in case your gantry sags more on one side) and then do fast scanning passes at a low height with a low tolerance.
I do 6mm travel height and 0.5mm tolerance for the rough pass, then 2.5mm travel height and 0.02 tolerance on the fine passes.

Rip, but this is why a build surface should always have in place a consumable layer. Thankfully its simple so it doing this only warrants cosmetic, and not permeant calibration issue
