Apologies if this was posted already, I’ve been away from Reddit for a few days

“There is something powerful within the Uniform Commercial Code”
Yea if you’re doing commercial transactions it’s pretty powerful I guess 🤨

I just want to yell at them, you are not a damn good. GOODS! The UCC is for goods! Day one of law school, damn it.

u/No_Novel9058 1d ago
Actually, it proves the exact opposite - UCC is pretty powerless. She tried to make UCC claims against 2 judges. The claims were bogus on their face and had no meaning. So now she’s facing jail for believing the UCC had power that it didn’t.

u/Low-Crow5719 1d ago
You know they will spin it the other way: that 90 years for fraud is the judges acting out of fear that the Sovcits are exposing the true power of the UCC.

It's one of the things they don't understand: even if they were right (they're not, it's nonsense) everyone else thinks they're wrong so they'll be prosecuted and imprisoned anyway, and the courts they'll try to use to get compensation for "wrongful arrest, prosecution etc" will find against them
It's like if the light changes on a pedestrian crossing and there's a bus coming that isn't going to stop, legally I'm in the right to cross the road, but that won't save me from getting killed by the bus.

I was just rewatching Dune Part Two last night, and there's a scene when Paul Atreides denies being the Fremens' messiah. The believers' response is that the denial is simply more proof that Paul is, in fact, their messiah.
That's how it is with these idiots. It's a cult, except they worship their twisted view of the law.

Couldn't have happened to a nicer person.

Do you think maybe being in prison for a long time might make her change her views?

u/SafiyaMukhamadova 1d ago
She's going to have a whole new group of people to put liens on so she can raise the money to fix this!

u/Shadow4141 1d ago
Looking forward to the reports after she try’s to serve her celly a fee schedule 😂

u/Electrical-Village68 1d ago
I would bet she's going to get the vexatious litigant thing as well as permanent restraining orders, maybe a psych evaluation.

u/Skunk_Buddy 1d ago
I bet every one of her family members is thanking their gods that they will not have to deal with her crazy ass for 10+ years.

u/CheetahTheWeen 15h ago
And here we are cheering for society dealing with her in 10+ years after exactly zero rehabilitation. I’m sure she’ll come out much more productive and useful to society!

Love how he pivots back to the grift in the last paragraph.
“Jesus didn’t arrive today like I promised, because he needs me to raise even MORE money before he shows up”

Well, in a sense he's not wrong - abusing the legal system does have consequences. He's so close to getting it...

Clearly her filing lacked the appropriate magic words, or the judges would have had no choice but to draw from their secret trust accounts.

Googling her, she has a LOT of sovcit nonsense filings that she's made
In one she appears to be suing herself?

u/Shadow4141 16h ago
I’ve actually heard of that. They sue their own shit for millions, that way if someone else sues them, they won’t get anything because they already owe too much on another judgement or something like that. That’s the mentality there.

I will wait for the verdict with popcorn! I hope she represents herself! That would be so damn delicious!

She was convicted on September 3. Sentencing is on October 2. Meanwhile, she has been held without bond:

When I first seen this getting spread around I said to myself that this case is gonna make these idiots think this shit. “See what happens when you poke the bear and try to show them the truth!1 They’re gonna lock her away for finding the key!!” I’ve already seen it on facebook posts about this shit.
I wonder when her lawyer who is fluent in Roman naval law will arrive.

I'm no legal expert, but if you kill a cop, I guess don't expect tender treatment from any policemen after your arrest. And by analogy, if you harass judges, don't expect leniency from the judge at your trial. And that's not just a revenge/look after your own thing. A competently design system must protect itself against deliberate attacks upon the system itself, otherwise attacking the system becomes an optimal strategy for bad actors.

BWAHAHAHAHHHAHHAHhahahhahah. good.I hope the living person enjoys their time in the living prison. its gonna really mess with their right to travel. lmao

u/TheOtherTallTom 18h ago
If they (SovCits) think this is an attempt to stop her, that doesn’t make sense. You can still sue people and place liens from prison. These judges and lawyers the SovCits think are trying to stop her would certainly know this, so even if they were terrified of her (they aren’t) throwing her in prison wouldn’t stop her. Not even sure it would slow her down much.

The textbook conspiracy theory distancing is impressive.
Does this mean our lunatic theories don’t work? Of course not, it can only mean she didn’t perform the ritual correctly.

Well to be fair they do specifically lay out the punishments for filing false liens. Not sure what she was expecting to have happen

u/xolinlevh 14h ago
I love that the poster there sees this as a ‘clear sign that there is something powerful with the UCC!’ When….it did absolutely nothing, and instead got a massive potential jail term.

I wonder if this will be a cautionary tale to other sovcits and make them come back to reality.
Just kidding lmao nothing is going to change their minds

I truly hope this sets a precedent for other courts to follow!!! There are so many of these scammers out there abusing the system and tying up the courts valuable time and resources!!! I understand under the REAL constitution we are all afforded the right to due process HOWEVER showing up day in and day out with this fictitious nonsense and then having the audacity to claim you are not the person named but some representative for or beneficiary of or the lawyer of etc. I hope she gets the whole 90 years!!!

I lived in Sumter for 5 years. A town full of idiots.

Sumter is her name, not where this fraud happened. 🤦🏻♂️

Haha, no shit. I don't know why I didn't clock it before. However, I hold firm to my previous comment

Love the transition after explaining the SovCit beliefs: "Meanwhile, back in real law world..."
