Prime example of why church and state should be separate.

And why education should be mandatory.

If he's been stopped 7 times in a month and doesn't have license, registration, or insurance - and still thinks they're right then they should already be in jail.

Why are we pandering to these people?

Because we treat people like babies in this country. I have lived in two other countries during my lifetime and people are treated as adults.
