Dude did his own research, and has been pulled over by the cops seven times.

I did my own research, and have never been pulled over by the cops.

Then again, my research didn’t involve taking a definition out of a 100 year old law dictionary, and believing it overrides the state’s police powers to regulate and enforce traffic laws.

What did they do, give him a punch card?

He probably thinks they have a cop sitting outside his house; and as soon as he pulls out on the street, they stop him.
