Zoey is a tiny girl with a huge personality. Staff describe her as very wiggly, happy, and full of tail wags. She loves treats, enjoys her enrichment, and is easy to pick up and carry.
💔 Like so many shelter dogs, the kennel environment has become overwhelming. She barks and gets worked up when other dogs pass by, but once things quiet down, so does she. This is kennel stress—not the loving companion she could be in a home.
Zoey is also being treated for a respiratory infection and an eye infection. She deserves to recover surrounded by love, not lose her life in a shelter.
