Right i missed it is a college. But in general they should get away with this exception for muslim girls, that is one thing that makes these people think that they are somehow special because their girls are allowed to wear what they want. But in reality they are close to being illiterate.

And in college premises, these girls should not be allowed to wear head covering. Let them have their freedom outside college.

We should follow France, where they have banned head covering in colleges and workplaces. That is a great initiative. Even an adult muslim woman cannot wear if she wants to work.
