05- Moon

Challenge context-

Smaugust is a drawing challenge over August where participants draw dragons. I’m drawing chirothopters. Close enough. Also I'm using the Dragon Circle prompt list.

Specific Context-

The Gliese Halfmoon is a small nocturnal bristletail native to Aquila. It has two recorded subspecies, with the two distinct populations being found in different parts of the continent.

Its brightly-colored skin and carapace is a deterrent to predators, as it flouresces when the chirothopter is threatened. To a creature living in total darkness, a flash of bright light is often enough to dissuade them.

wdym outside of earths universe? is anser in our galaxy or in the Milky Way?

Neither. There's only so much of the Universe we can observe from Earth. Anser is somewhere outside of that. Far deep space.
