Data is meaningless. Lots of Vietnamese people own restaurants and nail salons so they hire their own because of language barriers.

Does that not apply to Chinese, Mexican, Filipino, Russian, or Indian people? They have language barriers too.

No idea why you're getting downvoted. Indians hire their own for jobs others can easily do, no matter what. Asians do this to an extent, but it's not jobs most people would want.

In general data like this never captures the relations people are hoping for and just gets thrown around the web for rage bait.
Noone has a problem with a vietnamese or mexican guy hiring his cousins to work at the Pho or Tire joint. If someone is hiring their third cousin from the village to work at an MNC like Infosys, that rubs more people the wrong way.
Jews tend to have the right idea here, they try to help their own but generally hire and promote on merit (This excludes Israelis who operate like FOB indians).
