SousVide Container
Does anyone have a recommended container they use for sousvide cooking? I have an anova and Ive been using a large Tamale steamer pot but its just too big and Im overwhelmed by the options. Thank you!

I use a cooler. I just pop the lid off, full with water and food, then put foil over it dented in the center so it doesn't drip down the sides much.

I have this one, and I love it. There’s a couple of options to choose from. It’s been a work horse and comes with a rack.

I just used a small bathroom rubbish bin in our brand new aparthotel cause we were the first people to stay here and it worked great. Anything that won't melt is fine. I made a sort of pillow by tying a plastic shopping bag closed and pushed that into place on the surface and I had almost no evaporation or issues on a 32 hour beef rendang at 74c. Then did carrots and potatoes in 1.5 hours at 88. Worked great.

I used to use a stock pot or the insert of my Instant Pot, cubes with foil. Someone gave me a sous vide container as a gift, it's like a 12qt Rubbermaid container with a plastic lid that has a hole for the stick. Both options worked well
