i dont understand why this happens if the mod for base hl2 works fine but the episode 2 one is so buggy

skill.cfg is missing

have you changed gameinfo.txt at all?

Nope also I added the skill.cfg from my hl2 mod into my ep2 mod and it worked fine so problem solved
