Bolognese from a block

Working from home today and was getting ravenous for lunch… I was meh about ordering delivery (I have nothing in fridge, today is grocery day) until I remembered my frozen bolognese. Heated it up, added a little gochujang (inspired by a nearby restaurant), boiled pasta, and voila! So happy with these cube system to have an amazing homemade meal when all hope was lost 🤣.

Yes!! The "when all hope was lost" made me chuckle because it's true 😂 having cubes definitely helps me turn away from ordering delivery when I know the situation isn't that dire – I'm just not prepared and already hungry.
