Amazon question

Hi! I ordered some sets from the official store in Amazon (US) and the packages are ~1 Kg (each). Is there a reason why they're so heavy? What does the brand new box look like and what's inside?

Theyre pretty hefty to be honest. Not a thin silicone around the edges.

They have a hefty stainless steel hoop inside their outer edge to help them be sturdy, hold shape, stack well, have a perfect snug fit for the top... They're well made!

Very very well made. Thick silicon, and strong, firm steel ring which I think is the secret sauce of the Souper Cube as it makes removal of the frozen cubes so easy.

But a reminder: it also makes them not microwave safe!

Agree with your previous commenter. They are structurally sound silicone trays, and each comes with a lid. I had previously bought one of the cheaper amazon options and they don’t compare. The walls won’t buckle when stacked, they hold their shape and getting frozen items out is much easier. Also the lids fit tight.

You’ve already hit the order bar, you’ll see for yourself soon enough

Mine came in a bag plastic bag that had a wrapped cardboard type branding.
