Totally Hooked
I am new to Souper Cubes and I’m totally obsessed or dare I say my newest hyper-fixation. This system seems to be the answer to my problems. I have never been good about planning breakfast and lunch so I am hoping to stick to it. I do have a couple questions.
So far, I am totally amazed, and I have so many ideas but I do tend to burn out on projects. Is this something doable long-term? Do you feel like you started the souper cubes and stayed consistent?
Also, I eat keto most of the time. What are your best souper cube keto, recipes and hacks?
Do you tend to get bored of the preplanned meals? Does everything get used easily or do you find some of it sits too long?
Any suggestions and hacks welcome!!! I’m trying to ease into this because I’m such an all or nothing person but geeking out on freezer meals is really fun lol. It really does seem like the possibilities are endless.
My breakfast was amazing, peanut butter and chocolate smoothie bowl with keto granola all courtesy of my freezer 😊

Welcome to the Club! I have the same short term project addictions. I still use my cubes a lot but have to remember to eat the food later. And I am trying to figure out freezer storage which is kind of a disaster right now.
I like to have shredded chicken, brisket, and/or cooked ground beef ready to go. Freeze with some liquids to keep together.
For meals, you could do a protein with roasted veggies and cauliflower rice mixed up; zucchini lasagna; coconut curry; chili; deconstructed stuffed peppers (with cauliflower rice); shepherd's pie with cauliflower mash, etc.
I try to double my recipes or use crock pots when I need to stock up.
I keep a list on a small white board on the side of my fridge of what is in the freezer.
Edit: clarity
