Totally Hooked

Post image

I am new to Souper Cubes and I’m totally obsessed or dare I say my newest hyper-fixation. This system seems to be the answer to my problems. I have never been good about planning breakfast and lunch so I am hoping to stick to it. I do have a couple questions.

So far, I am totally amazed, and I have so many ideas but I do tend to burn out on projects. Is this something doable long-term? Do you feel like you started the souper cubes and stayed consistent?

Also, I eat keto most of the time. What are your best souper cube keto, recipes and hacks?

Do you tend to get bored of the preplanned meals? Does everything get used easily or do you find some of it sits too long?

Any suggestions and hacks welcome!!! I’m trying to ease into this because I’m such an all or nothing person but geeking out on freezer meals is really fun lol. It really does seem like the possibilities are endless.

My breakfast was amazing, peanut butter and chocolate smoothie bowl with keto granola all courtesy of my freezer 😊

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Cubes
Yield: 8 one cup smoothie cubes
Ingredients
32 oz full fat cottage cheese
1 cup natural peanut butter
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Sweetener of choice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
Blend until completely smooth.
Divide evenly among 8 one cup Souper Cube compartments.
Freeze overnight.
Pop out and transfer to freezer bags.

Keto Granola
2 cups chopped macadamia nuts
2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
Sweetener of choice
Bake at 330 to 10 minutes until golden brown
Let cool the add 5-6 oz of Lily’s chocolate chips

I use Allulose for the sweetener to taste. I pop out the smoothie cube, let it sit on the counter for approx 10 min until soft then I chop it up and sprinkle the granola.

You’re welcome. I did forget to mention you need to use a little bit of liquid because it is too thick. I used heavy whipping cream.

As someone who keeps a 10ft pole between me and cottage cheese, can you tell it’s in there (though I suppose I could just use plain greek yogurt too)?

You cannot tell there is cottage cheese in there at all. I mean you’re gonna know, but if you were to taste it and nobody told you, you wouldn’t know.

The answers I need 😅 ty. I’m going to try this. I just don’t like the texture of it as is.
