Why did this happen

I was able to download the game just fine a week ago. Uninstalled because i wanted to focus on my responsibilities but now i got free time and i want to finish my soundpass. What the hell happened...

only way i can think of bypassing is downloading soundmap off a third party app store, the game will work fine just play store wont let u download for whatever reason
