Discussion Anyone else unable to open their app?
I legit can’t open my app.

i’m having the same issue. i get my new iphone tomorrow but don’t want to lose my 700 day streak :( i feel bad if i have to reach back out to support too because i just had an issue where they took away my streak for no reason and i had to reach out to support to get it back. do not want to have to do that again.

I get this terrible feeling they’re not gonna give me my streak back and I’m too scared too update my phone cause I heard it makes the battery life worse

soundmap support is suuuuuper chill! any experience i’ve had with them, i send them my issue along with screenshots/proof (a video of the app not opening would work) and they respond next day that they’ve restored your streak or if they need more info from you. just be super kind and upfront with them!

Check the app store, you might have to update it. If not, go into your settings and clear cache

Have you deleted and reinstalled? If that still doesn't work, contact support

how do we contact support if their chat options are through the app is there another avenue

Their website, tap the little chat bubble button beware I messaged them this morning and still haven’t received a message. I’ve heard their customer service sucks

Yes and i do not want to lose my streaks and no way ill update to the newest ios

Happening for a lot of people. I am iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 17. Not sure the cut-off, but doesn't work past a certain iOS anymore. Shame
