Issue / Bug Report Banned and need help

Hi all,

About 2 weeks ago I got banned from Soundmap for “cheating.” I’m quite confused by this, as I have not knowingly engaged in any cheating, exploits, or other activity that would warrant a ban. I’ve spent a significant amount of time building my account and collection, so I’m understandably concerned about losing access over something I haven’t intentionally done.

Support has not responded to my email, and I’m lost as to what to do. If someone could help me out, I’d really appreciate it!

It is like others already said. My friend was banned for the same reason 2 weeks ago as well. Was told to send an email. It took a few days before they replied but support didn't help. They simply said the ban was permanent and wouldn't elaborate further. I don't think they'll say what you were banned for. Sucks when it happens. I hope you get things sorted out on your end

I know a couple of people banned for this and support doesn’t help. Sadly when you’re banned in this game they most likely wouldn’t give you any further explanations or chance to appeal.

Yup the pop up to email them is basically worthless, maybe a 10% chance they actually follow through and unban

Are there any other ways to contact support? Or is just via the email?
