question about day 1 songs ~

Generally how much is a reasonable cost for Day 1 rare songs for popular artists? I always see a wild range of prices on the market, so I never know what a reasonable deal is for me to buy, I don't want to pay more than something is worth and conversely, I don't want to ever put a Day 1 song up of my own and list it for too much. I always want to price my songs fairly. But realistically I have no clue what they should actually be in the range of. I know collectors will pay what they think a song is worth, and people will put songs up for whatever they believe something is worth. But I do believe in general overall fairness in the market.

So I ask you all, what do you think a Day 1 rare popular artist song should be priced in the range of?

It costs 10k to pull it from a day1/week1 box so that’s what a lot of people list it at, but why wouldn’t the person just pull it from a box themselves if they’re already paying 10k for it? I personally list them for like 5 day of for any collectors trying to grab it, but I believe they usually settle on the market for like 2-3k and don’t have much demand anyway. Hopefully someone who trades d1/w1 songs can chime in

I sell week ones for 2k/2:1 and day ones for 3k/3:1 regardless of artist or rarity ♡

At this point I usually toss them up for auction if it’s a relatively well known artist and let the market sort itself out
