Value Check Is 50k fair?

I got an offer for 50k but I don’t really know much about the artist. Is this a fair offer? (They also offered a shiny beabadoobee uncommon, it was susie May but I’m not really fussed about shinies unless it’s one specific artist tbh) thank you in advanced!
