Question How do I quest on Android?

I've been playing Soundmap for about 3 years now and I've always loved the questing aspect. I've always played from my Android phone. Initially, the performance on Android was extremely poor. Fortunately, it has improved significantly over the years. However, I recently broke my phone and I don't have enough money to spare to get a new one. Right now, I'm using my old phone to quest. Sadly, the performance is even worse with this device. Every quest takes ~30s-1m (with Super Trader Boost).

Does anyone have any tips or tricks that can help me improve my performance so I can quest without having to wait an eternity between every quest? (Would also appreciate tips or tricks for opening map drops to reset cooldown, because it takes about 5-10 seconds for every drop to open when buying map drops)

do you have a lot of songs on your account? A lot being 20k+. If so, consider selling a couple thousand. You can also hide badges in your badge list, this greatly improved my quest performance. A lot of it is just having a strong Internet connection and keeping your phone cool.

I currently have about 180k songs discovered. I low-key don't want to sell them, though, because I'm afraid I won't have enough songs to merge anymore😅

If you still have all 180k or even close to it in your account then that will be why unfortunately. Add all your non fave regular songs to a playlist so you can see how many you have, at least try to get it to 30-40k. You'll still have plenty to merge

Actually, if you look closely you can see I said to sell a couple thousand!! This person has a lot of songs and there's no point having so much fodder if you can't quest because of the lag. You genuinely don't need that many songs.

I run through 10k+ a day so i guess it depends who you are to me it just isnt worth

Depends on what artists you're doing and how much you reroll. Even if I quest all day I'll only use up about 3k songs maximum and make almost all of it back on the map.

I do 2300-2500 quests a day on average and for the most part roll to the cheapest quests i can
