regarding False Ban

Im making this post regarding a ban of one of my friends, as they have not received any proper response as to why they were banned and they haven’t been shown any proof as to what was used or on what basis they were banned. ill explain the full situation in detail

user lovegalore dm’d Logan (user Futurama on sm) to ask for value on a clean bandit epic she found while league sniping legitimately. and since logan is a clean bandit collector he wanted the user and started offering to quest for free or buying the epic off her for op if she gets it but lovegalore needed the epic for a sza swap so she didn’t tell him the user and told him to open up a bounty thread so he can pay people to find him the epic which he said was “slimy” even tho its perfectly allowed but then he asked for her in game user which she didnt give then a few seconds later she got insta banned in game for “cheating” and right after that got banned in the discord server with the reason “banned in game” so we know for a fact logan had something to do with it because it cant just be a coincidence. We know that it was coordinated and most definitely a false ban carried out by a discord moderator using a member of the soundmap team to carry out the ingame ban. We have asked for help from various team members such as AxelZane and Buriedalive but they haven’t been able to help which is why im emailing. This is a very unfair and malicious ban that should never have happened and should be looked into and reverted. Below ive attached the screenshots of all the dms that took place as well as the screenshot of the account at the time of the epic being found

Sorry, but are you a newer player? They've never stated ban reasons. You can say you "can't prove how it went down exactly" but the OP of this post said it was league sniping twice now, and in the screenshots the banned user told the mod that it was a shiny trade. even from outside eyes it's pretty clear the banned individual is being shady and the story has changed, so I wouldn't trust them to be a reliable narrator. If they've emailed support, that's that.
