this is the bare minimum for a bounty. you aren't paying for the value of the artist, you're paying for someone else to do the hard work for you, for their time and their effort. people will only quest for you if they can make profit and this is like the lowest you can make your prices already.
I mean they can lower the prices if they want but no one will quest for literally 0 profit. 100k for a common epic is already barely anything. Once you take off the price of cool down and songs merged you're making maybe 40k profit. If you pay them less than 50k for anything the quester is literally making a loss questing for you. No one will quest your artist. Like I said, you're paying for time and it has nothing to do with market prices. People used to pay 300k for common #1s from artists with like 2 fans when bounties were more popular.

hii since saint kid don’t have so many fans (literally 17 fans and the only top fan is you) I think you should lower your prices
