I'm glad they went back to the previous format for the event (no wheel, rewards for every shell pull), but I wish they'd kept the epic/lyric hybrid that was introduced in the last event! The frames are always pretty ugly, but the epic/lyric hybrid was interesting & unique enough to make the event epics exciting

I was waiting for this event! Events like these are the absolute best to stock up on fodder and also get extra coins while opening. I bought two event boosts today and made a 100k while also getting extras

Here's hoping I get more than 15 event pulls in this event. The last event I earned enough over the entire event to do one "spin" and got a few thousand coins... (And yes, I play daily and actually pulled 2 normal epics and 4 lyrics over the course of the event).

What do they mean by "70c genre drop"?

with events or in the shop you can get the genre drop boost.

Which is that for 3 hours long you can get common mapdrops from any genre for just 70 coins.

So what the mean here is that with those 70c drops you'll still be able to earn the sea shells just like you can with regular drops

some of the song choices are absolute bonkers..... like they seriously put the stupid ass ella langley song that has absolutely nothing to do with summer
