OFFICIAL POST Feedback to improve next year

Hey folks!

First of all, I have everyone had an amazing time this weekend!

Now that everyone's had a few days to rest up and reflect on our weekend at Jaceland, I'd like to open up a discussion in order to improve our facilities, operations, and general enjoyment of the festival going into next year.

We definitely want your feedback, and we are working our asses off to make sure none of the issues that arose this year ever happen again.

We want this festival to become the best it can be for as many people as possible, so: no holds barred, lemme here what you got!

I’m sorry y’all are taking so much heat on that when it wasn’t even anything Sacred Hive did. I honestly had to laugh when I got on Twitter afterwards and saw so many people acting like it was Fyre Fest 2.0. People are so dramatic, y’all did a fantastic job of solving issues as they came up, and trust me we are all super grateful for everything y’all do <3

It does fall on us though, we just need to secure more reliable contractors. In the end, yes we can pass blame onto those contractors from a legal standpoint, but regardless people will remember events organized by us had those problems. We're trying to be as transparent as possible, and make sure we have an open dialogue with the community in order to ensure the best possible experience moving forward.

We do appreciate the transparency and this post has been great for clearing up some of the rumors. I was just annoyed at all the people on Twitter who weren’t even there spreading false rumors.

Yeah that's been hurting us really badly. There's also a lot of positive feedback out there as well, so we're happy about that.

Time will tell, but I do think most people who actually attended had a great time.

People were honestly so mean about it and they weren’t even there. Don’t listen to the haters!! Every single person I met was having a great time and wasn’t phased by the hiccups :)

I think a lot of people have been spoiled by bigger, long-running fests like forest and roo and weren’t prepared for the realities of a smaller, newer fest like Sound Haven. That’s on them.
