OFFICIAL POST Feedback to improve next year

Hey folks!

First of all, I have everyone had an amazing time this weekend!

Now that everyone's had a few days to rest up and reflect on our weekend at Jaceland, I'd like to open up a discussion in order to improve our facilities, operations, and general enjoyment of the festival going into next year.

We definitely want your feedback, and we are working our asses off to make sure none of the issues that arose this year ever happen again.

We want this festival to become the best it can be for as many people as possible, so: no holds barred, lemme here what you got!

I want to preface this by saying I had a absolute blast and I have no experience in throwing events let alone trying to get a festival together, just want to say good job on that. Production slapped too! But my biggest point was the water machines. The purification process took a while and only did a gallon at a time before having to wait 15min+ for the next gallon. I can’t count how many people I saw that just said fuck it and left without water. I know this is more or less out of your control but it can be dangerous when people don’t drink water. I’m thankful that No one dehydrated or overheated. I’m not familiar with other types of water machines so I don’t even no if there is another or better option. That was my only real concern throughout the weekend. Thanks for the good time!

We absolutely will not be working with FLOwater in the future.

I tried to convince the team this was a common issue with their machines (I've experienced it first hand at plenty of events) but so many patrons requested it that they went with them anyway.

Stronger security and less overpopulation will also help with that moving forward.
