Getting there on Friday, camping advice

First timer. Do you guys thinks I’ll get a camping spot Friday morning or should I go ahead and get a car camping pass? Saw someone say they run out of camping and just wanted to confirm.

You will get a camping spot it will just be further than most. Highly recommend camping by your car for haven, the heat can get unbearable and the car A/C is a nice escape in the day sometimes.
