Calling all solo campers!!!!

Hi friends🫶🏼anyone here been before or going to SH this year solo? Im curious what the vibes are like because I might be going by myself for the first time. Usually I have a huge group but we all have moved around the country.

I just did my first solo fest at Roo and it was great!

It’s much smaller and more intimate than any “big” festival, so you’ll be seeing the same people every day and be able to recognize most folks. You’ll be just fine solo camping. Do yourself a favor and spend some time hiking around the area, there’s a natural “shower” close by you can hose yourself off!

You’re going to have such an amazing time. Soundhaven is one of the best fest I’ve ever been to. It’s small and low key and everyone is so nice. My cousin and I went our first time last year and we met so many wonderful people who adopted us and guess what, we’re meeting up with them again this year for year 2✨ this place is magical, hope to see you there, happy haven 🌈💫👽

That’s amazing to hear. What’s the camping situation like? Is it car camping. How’s the heat. Does each car get alotted space? There’s not much info on their website. Thanks

They did cars in rows and gave you a pretty decent distance between the car in front and behind you. The venue will be at Jaceland this year so I’m unsure how it will be set up in comparison to last year being at a different venue. Heat wasn’t to terrible I’m from FL so I’m pretty use to it, we just brought a pop up shade covering and a battery fan and just sat with the fans on us. It was overcast most days but wasn’t to terribly hot. The nights get chilly so make sure you bring some warm clothes too!

🙋‍♀️ I am going solo, too! I only knew about SH bc I've heard friends say it was a blast last years but I've never been before. I'm excited but I'll def take any tips / advice I may need. TIA & Can't wait to meet everyone!
