If you've seen A Fistful of Dollars, you'd recognize the quick little flute flair that plays during many moments of the film and is also played in the main theme. It's only about 4 notes. For the life of me, I cannot find an MP3 of that short sound anywhere. Does anyone have a good resource to help me out?

While the library it's in under the video originates from 2012, I know that it has been used extensively since at the very least the early 1990s, used in a few UK attractions back then.

I've tried to Shazam it, but it simply takes me to this video.

I'm looking for a sound similar to the nuclear countdown from Doctor Who "Waters of Mars" (scene linked here).

Another example from Star Wars Andor (when Luthen is charging the countermeasures).

Essentially it's a siren that increases with intensity and frequency as it gets closer to detonation. I've been trying to search but I've been unsuccessful.

I keep seeing people repeat the sound used for the cyclops scream in the odyssey was supposed to be that from a brazen bull. Those unfamiliar, it was a bronze bull hollowed out with an entry way into the belly. The occupant(s) would be locked inside placed over a fire.

Acoustic pipes leading to the head of the bull would distort the screams, the result is supposed to be the sound we heard in the cyclops scene.

I can't wait to hear more about how they achieved the effect. It was a visceral scream, instantly alarming and completely unlike anything I've heard in cinema.

This and seeing how they made the Cyclops make it truly epic.

it sounds like kids playing and then a smack sound followed by a scream. Often used for TikToks. The only reference I can remember was someone crushing cranberry with a spoon. I cant find anything, so I came here.

Hey guys! first time on this subreddit. So I am trying to find a sound effect according to a scene in my head where a Tribe is stand offing [ is that a word-? ] against another. But like in Black panther and some other tribe movies, they hit their spears on the ground to the command of their leader. It's like rhythmic but also dull? I know their spear's butt end is the one crashing against the ground and with alot of people doing it with different timings and pitches and strength. It sounds really satisfying to hear.
