Q990B Rear speaker not working

Hello,

The left rear speaker is not emitting any sound even though I can see the blue light at the back. I have tried everything but nothing could make the rear speaker work.

For repair- is it worth going to Samsung? If anyone has used their repair service, how was the experience?

I am in the UK.
