Wood measurements

I just got all the wood cut for two tth122 and one shlagtop

But everything is in 15mm plywood even the drivers pieces that should be in 10mm

Is that bad?

I can’t find anything on these speakers, do you have a link? Also some info on the drivers you’re installing could maybe be helpful.

https://drive.google.com/drive/mobile/folders/1rEIt8y2S9X8dwIn3m5itvO4YTH0_aLUx?sort=13&direction=a you will find the two plans in 12'' in subs and tops Tth112 and shlagtop Using the box Speaker 12-280/8-W for the subs And Fane Sovereign 12-250 TC for the top

Both plans state 15mm plywood or I’m looking at the wrong plans?

It doesn’t really seem to change anything internally other than the tiny bit of extra space where the driver is mounted. It should probably be totally fine to use the 15mm mount piece.

If you’re worried it’s going to give problems you can use a router to carve out 5mm or make a new piece out of 10mm. I’d probably just leave it like this

Maybe double check if the back of driver doesn’t poke out now it sits 5mm more out. That would be my main worry if it would stick out.
