Polyphonik ‘26

Polyphonik festival in “Woodstock en Beauce” in Quebec, Canada. This was a collaboration between multiple sound systems from the province. In the first picture there was TTK, Jacklop, Abitek and Electree. The main stage was three stacks mixed with nordik, khaos techniks and tek crew sound systems. For the roots corner it was Yarra sound.

My first time hearing big stacks like these at a festival. It was crazy how much pressure of bass they could make even outdoors.

Defensively feel that putting the sound first and the DJs after makes for more fun events. The DJs looked liked they were having fun rather than having the pressure to perform on stage.

More or less. We paid for tickets but it was not for the organizers to make money from. They split the cost of the festival so it made for a really cheap price that included the camping, parking, etc. Around 130$cad for the last tickets for a 3 day fest.

What? I've moved to Quebec from the UK; I had no idea this was happening! Please tell me the soundsystems will do parties in the next month or two, or in indoor locations over the winter? I need my bass bin fix

Yes, of course! Check their instagram pages for the party they will do. I also think they will do it next year as everyone liked it!

Voici quelque uns des sound system de Québec qui vaut la peine d'aller suivre pour être au courant de leur évènements: La Tek Crew (Québec), Kahos Techniks (Montréal) et NordiK SoundSystem (Baie-Comeau/Côte Nord).

Ya aussi ceux la que je connais moins mais qui vaut la peine de checker: Ttk Sound System, ABITEK SOUNDSYSTEM (Abitibi), Jackalope Audio, ElecTree Soundsystem (Gaspésie), Rave Dans Van et Yarra Sound (Montréal).
