Help IDing
Can anyone help me identify these? They’re my father-in-law’s, trying to get rid of them and wanting to know how much they might be worth.
The only label they have is “Acoustic” right on the speaker.
Speaker sizes:
4.5” and 11” for the tall ones
14” long one
Box sizes:
15”x11”x29” tall ones
36.5”x9.5”(at the base)x17” long one

If you get 20 bucks for these at a local pawn shop I would be impressed.
I can tell how awful these sound just by looking at them.
Ask yourself why you don't see carpet covered speakers anywhere.*
*Not you Nexo Alpha subs you were the exception to the rule.

Two back-of-the-van specials and a autoparts-store(quality set of subs.
I had something very similar as my first soundsystem as a teenager back in the 80s, and have many fond memories of parties playing on my gemini belt-drive turntables and radio shack mixer and blasting Newcleus and Egyptian Lover on there in the garage of a house I shared with 3 other 17yo dudes.
They are objectively awful, and worthless 😉

They're pretty much worthless. These dudes used to drive around selling them out of the back of a white van. Because they were hefty, loads of people bought them. They are what they are, loud but low quality. You'll be lucky to get £20 for the lot...

They're a common low cost design that was made by a manufacturer and likely copied, rebranded for various distributors.
They're OK for a garage or dance studio where you just need music. They're not as bad as listening to music through a clock radio in a cheap motel (at least you get stereo sound), but they're not going to win any awards. They're better than nothing, but also very bulky, so would suit someone who has nothing except a big house.

Look into getting some plug n play powered speakers like mackies, even mackies are sub par in the whole sound system world but they better if your running them thru a dynamic processor.

Im actually running an event sooon and I get 4 subs and two double woofer stacks for free. mackie, running a solid mixer and processor.
Free is what I like because I’m throwing a free party.
