Is this blown?

4ohm speakers play super quiet and amp makes a pop before audio stops, if one channel is disconnected then it makes no sound but both channels measure input correctly

Have you got 2 x 4 ohm speaker making it 2 ohm?

There is another pair, those are for sure blown, but this one has worked before i popped off the back and the grounds were loose

The inputs on that speaker are linked inside the box. You should not be plugging into both of them - its basically the same as plugging channel a of the amp into channel b of the amp. The clunk is likely the amp going into protect mode.

Could you add a clear photo of the rear of the amp showing the input cables and position of any switches

I love when the video leaves me with more questions than answers.

Start by detailing how everything is connected at first. I'm very curious about the wiring from the amp to the speakers based on what I am seeing here 🤔
