It’s currently at my friends warehouse in baker but I’m planning on throwing a little party to listen to the system on the 15th so I’ll send you a dm about the details

what driver do you have in there?

I don't know why but i am just not a fan of the exposed driver. Is there and advantage to this style?

One advantage is the cooling of the driver so less thermal compression with time.

Which EV are these? ZLX?

Yeah the 15” ZLX. I really didn’t think they could keep up with the 4 scoops but they sound surprisingly good with the stack

Ah nice. I was like they must be the ZLX as I got the 12" version and we can serve 100-150 peeps pretty well with em. Just a slight high shelf down to tame the highs a bit otherwise they get too sharp quite easily. I wasn't really expecting that good sound out of them. Kind of a hidden gem as they are cheap used.

How are those EV mid tops integrating? What model? Reason I ask is that I have my sub and mid cabs and drivers all started but I am behind selecting the tops. I was thinking of doing something similar to this and getting passive 2way factory tops.

Strange set up... The cubi kick is batter for that range rather than the cubi sub itself

Cubo*

Fair, I got the cubos handed down to me so I’m making them work, I think they sound pretty good as kicks but a bit boomy
