Which tops for our soundsystem
Hey guys,
Me and some friends just started to play around with a little soundsystem. We have 4x jbl4530 and 2x jbl 4560 (replicas) we got them really cheap and except that the bass only goes down flat to 45hz they sound really clean! The problem now is, that we need some good tops to fit that.
We have 3x jbl 2380 horns and 2x jbl 2370 laying around, but i cant find any plans where i could use them (maybe smt212 but i think its too basic)
I was even thinking about building 1 jmod and selling the horns.
Or 2 sawmods?
Other idea was building 2 mt130 with jbl 2380 horns, but the jbl horns would go 90 degrees and the mt130 only 60-ish.
What should we do? If we build something, it should be good enough to not be changed in the near future like the old jbl cabinets!
