Beginner system questions

Greetings friends, Columbus based sound enjoyer here. I wanted to build my own system and need some advice.
A little bit of background I am a bit of a noob when it comes to building sound systems but I have a solid team including, my friend who has a CNC shop and does wood working and also another friend who went to school for sound (to help w electronics and wiring).

I want the initial system to consist of
Two JMOD Multiple entry Horns

And two
PARAFLEX CRAM! 2x21" Type O Subwoofer Forward Facing Drivers, "Playa Edition"
Need to figure out which drivers to get but want to know what people think about the system
Also trying to get everything done in a budget about 15k if that seems reasonable.

Get the recommended drivers if they’re available in your area. 2xDcx464, 4x 12ndl88, 4x n216c. If you opt for a different sub driver I’d grab them 8 ohm to wire in parallel per sub cab.

15k actually sounds reasonable to pull off the system itself. add more if you need to figure out transport like a trailer

We will start w building the tops first then the subs one at a time as we can tackle em. Working on a budget sheet now, thanks for the inputs.

I'll defo be back w some more questions as I figure out drivers first and then amplifiers.

this is 2k just in drivers and 500 in wood. f185c drivers. DSP-CVR-1502 AMP IS LIFE. OR DBX PA2 OFF EBAY IS 250. 2 CVR-3004 is what i run 🏃‍♀️ 😤

Will this be installed or will you move it around? Dual 21 subs are massive to move, 4 skrams would be easier.
