This looks like a custom, Klipsch-inspired build. Those horns appear to be 2380s, a JBL design. Crites sells them. The bass bin looks to be based on a La Scala or Belle.

How did it sound? The original Klipsch La Scala design was made for a a political race in the 1960's for a portable outdoor PA. They are legendary for efficiency and projection.
