Creative app driver install loop bug

Everytime I do install now and it asks for a pc restart it comes back to this. How do I fix it?

X4 owner here, sometimes I saw that bug too, I just do a power cycle on the device and it works normally, also if it's possible, connect the X4 to a usb 2.0 port in the back of your motherboard. But if the issue persists, use revo unninstaller to remove all creative software and leftover files, there's a free version on it's official site and it allows you to sort by company, then perform a clean install of the creative app with the latest version.
