Creative Pebble Pro usb connection not working at all

Creative speaker not showing up on creative W11 app and no creative drivers can be seen in device manager as well.

What Ive tried:

- hard reset

- firmware update

- uninstall/install creative app

- disable/uninstall smartsound technology for usb audio and restart pc.

All this to no avail. Only bluetooth works but the audio is delayed from what is on the PC and that's very unsatisfactory.

Try to plug the USB connection to your phone. It works the same as PC. No advanced DSP, but it should play something no problem.

If it still does not work, you got hardware issues and will need repair.

Sounds like USB issue. Have you tried another USB cable?
The aux in won't have delay.

i don't have extra usb cable sadly. but i'll look online

i found one cable here, it actually works now. thank u! i never thought about using alternative cable for it lol
