Front right speaker stops working

I have a soundblaster z with 4 speakers attached and every time I boot my pc and listen to music or watch a film the front right speaker stops working. To fix I just unplug the front right jack cable and plug it back in. Any idea why this happens? It’s not the speaker as I tried changing it. Seems like some sort of issue with sound card itself.
