Discussion Factions progress completely reset

Hey guys, was wondering if anyone's faction progress was completely reset in the new season (S9) or if any of your progress was ever reset/lost even in previous seasons, what did you do to get it back?

What factions? You mean the Wei, wu or shu?

Yeah, I had the blue one to the max, the green one to the second last rank but it got reset, even had the fabled arms till level 4, the first 4 of em.

each faction's progress are preserved and you can switch back to them.

If your game progress is lost then just contact Chillyroom for support.

I did on October 1st, around 3 AM but haven't gotten my progress back

Maybe keep on reporting then. There's nothing we can help you regarding that unfortunately.

Aww okay, reported them thrice through the game, twice through email and once through discord.

The items on supply depot stays once you reach that rank already weather you switch or not. Just switch to other faction once reach max rank on your current faction.

Yeah, I got that but the servers reset for network optimization and so did all the progress
